For small and medium-sized events, the Civitel Olympic offers a 70 m² conference hall with high-tech facilities that can be configured in different ways. This space is perfect for private, closed-door meetings in a quiet locale. It is popular for corporate seminars, class-room style events and sports-team meetings, fitting up to 80 people in certain layouts.
For large groups that book with the Civitel Group, the design-led restaurant at the lobby level and/or the very spacious lobby bar area are also transformed into vibrant meeting spaces, particularly cocktail events and banquets. These spaces are often booked by sports or business teams who require quick and easy access in a sunny environment, set in a modern attractive decor. The 90 m² restaurant can accommodate up to 140 people while the 97 m² Lobby bar can hold up to 200.
The impressive multipurpose room at the rooftop area of the Civitel Olympic also represents an excellent venue for prestigious events with a stunning view of Northern Athens. It is the largest conference space in the property, spread over 250 m² and capable of holding up to 290 people in cocktail or reception style. In the warmer months the Roof Garden is unsurpassed in its sunset views and relaxed atmosphere, offering a very different experience to the indoor one. Athens after all, is known for its mild, sunny weather most of the year.
To complete the conference experience, a variety of high-tech audiovisual equipment is available, supported by technical staff and the hotel team. Our Executive Chef and his talented lineup team is also on standby to prepare sophisticated coffee breaks, buffets or à-la-carte meals.
